Please ensure that the following is included with your return: – Item(s) returned new, unused with all garment tags attached, in polybag. – Invoice provided with the order. Please return item(s) with this return slip. *Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. All sale/clearance items are final sale – no returns. Returns will be honored within 30 days. We do not offer exchanges. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, and you will be notified via email.
Receiving a Refund: Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take 10-14 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
