Jumpsuits are making a big statement. Summer Romper is a flounced, fit and flared styled jumpsuit. Looks like a dress, but it’s a romper. It’s your perfect summer staple. The top flounce flows and has a stylish high low hem. V overlay flounce is longer than the Scoop overlay flounce giving it its high – low look. It can be flipped and worn with v neck or scoop neck to the front. The under layer is designed with a fitted top and ends with a ¾ circle shorts. Bottom layer can be pulled up or down to adjust for your torso.
